Accommodations

Accommodations

Group rates are available at some of these hotels.

Airbnb is a good option for groups of friends or larger families (depending on needs and locale). The coveted location is Main Street between N. 3rd Ave. going east to S. Church Ave.  Pickings are slim for that area so look now and book now!

Lewis & Clark Motel

15 rooms blocked under Howe/Wolfe UNTIL AUG. 28TH. Starting rate of $149/night for 2 people (more than 2 people would be $10/person/room), downtown location, just a few blocks away from the best shops/restaurants/cafes along Main Street (and next door to the Bozeman Co-op--best healthy local food market and cafe). Complimentary shuttle for a 2 mile radius (needs 30 min notice). Airport shuttle is $50 round trip (similar price to local cab service but Uber is hopefully cheaper). Maybe indoor pool if it's finished by then. Light complimentary breakfast of homemade breads, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, cereal. To get the wedding rate, you'll have to call them directly (not offered through online booking).

The Element Hotel

About $275/night for King bed. Excellent location for best shops/restaurants/cafes along downtown Main Street. In-room kitchenettes, indoor pool, breakfast, etc.

Western Heritage Inn

20 rooms blocked under Howe/Wolfe UNTIL JULY 28TH (5 single queen rooms at about $107/night for 2 people, and 15 double queen rooms at about $118/night total for 4 people to share. There are 8 single king rooms at this hotel not on hold, that are also $118.  Hot tub, steam room, full breakfast. On Main Street but a significant walk to the action (walking not recommended for those with kids or the older folks). No airport shuttle. Uber to the airport from here because the local cab company will be especially expensive at this particular location.

Best Western Plus GranTree Inn

About $230+/night for 2 people. Free airport shuttle. Not a walkable location to downtown Main Street action. You will have to Uber around.

Shuttles

On Saturday, there will be school bus shuttles to and from the Springhill Pavilion for the ceremony, dinner, and reception. So in the afternoon, everyone must meet at a particular time and place downtown (TBD) to go to the wedding all together. However, there will be multiple buses and different choices of times to return to town after dinner.

If you will not be renting a car, you might want to choose a hotel downtown near the walkable action (everything on Main Street east of North 3rd Avenue to South Church Avenue) so you’re not stranded out by the highway.

Car

If you drove to Bozeman, you’re excited about the ease of having your own car! If you know several other guests flying into the wedding, you might consider renting a car together if you want to explore the area on Friday day or Sunday. But even if all of those stars align, we still don't want you to drive long country roads full of deer after drinking cocktails with us. So take the shuttle buses on Saturday. Yes, that means we're asking you to look gorgeous and then putting you in a school bus. You'll be with good company, though.

Uber

It exists in Bozeman, and we highly recommend it over the local cab company which is frightfully expensive and has very long waits.

Not recommended. That big hair ain't gonna save your pretty little head, honey.
